Community

Historically Preston Hall would have been the centre of a bustling rural workplace, with hundreds of people employed and working on the land. Due to mechanisation of agriculture and the growth of office based jobs, rural communities are not what they once were.

We are on a quest to reinvigorate our local area, create jobs and ensure our local area is a brilliant place to live. Since 2020 we have created workspaces that provide jobs for over 50 people, we have built 5 km of new footpaths, leased land to new businesses including two new flower farms and a 8 acre meadow and hosted community and educational school events welcoming over 1,750 people in 2024 alone. Hopefully this is just the start of an exciting journey.
