Seasonal Fruit & Vegetables

One way to help kick start the year is to take on a new challenge. A lot of people take on fitness focussed activities, but why not try and focus on your overall health and wellbeing, and look at your diet.

 We have decided to try and eat only seasonal fruit and vegetables and have been sourcing this produce as locally as possible, sometimes even from our garden. There are a few good companies, but ones that friends continually recommend are:

When your next on your weekly shop, why not have a think about what you are putting in your basket and look at picking up some of these items that are currently in season. They should be delicious at this time of year.
