To celebrate the opening of The Walled Garden for 2024 on Saturday 1st June we will be joined by Fred’s Backyard Barbecue (10am until sell-out) who will be serving up delicious award winning Texas inspired barbecue. All the meats are prepared and smoked on their self built offset smoker using local air dried hand woods to create truly unique flavours. The cooking process can take anywhere from 10—18 hours, we are sure you will all agree it is worth the wait!
